Posted on March 5, 2017 by Lesley | 0 Comments

Our recent eastern Canada road trip from Montreal, Quebec to North Sydney, Nova Scotia was one heck of a ride. Rappelling at Cape Enrage, New Brunswick

Cape Enrage, New Brunswick Takes Me To The Edge

Posted on August 12, 2015 by Lesley | 19 Comments

When I’m standing on the edge of a cliff, I dream of rappelling down it or climbing up it. When I’m high atop a building, I envision a zipline to whisk me down to the ground. My mind is always focused on adventure and pushing the limits; I feel most at home when my adrenaline is pumping and my heart…

A Family Trip to Fundy National Park

Posted on August 10, 2015 by Lesley | 41 Comments

I never spent more than a couple hours in Fundy National Park, New Brunswick. Even when I lived in the province for two years, I never had the pleasure of staying the night in Fundy. With Athena at a really fun age and an extended stay in the province, we decided to spend a day hiking and the night camping…

An East Coaster’s Feast

Posted on August 9, 2013 by Lesley | 0 Comments

Situated in the center of the city, Centennial Park in Moncton, New Brunswick is a 230 acre playground for all ages. We took advantage of one of the free, sheltered picnic areas for a family reunion this evening and we couldn’t have found a better spot. At covered picnic tables, surrounded by an umbrella of trees, we enjoyed a local dream-come-true…
